Can I analyze my Spotify playlist’s audio features?
Yes. Playlist Lab shows detailed audio features for every track: BPM (tempo), musical key, Camelot key, energy, danceability, valence (mood), acousticness, instrumentalness, liveness, speechiness, loudness, popularity, and artist genre. Visuals help you see patterns across the playlist.
How do I bulk move or copy tracks between Spotify playlists?
Use Bulk Transfer in PlaylistPro. Select any number of tracks from your playlist, choose one or more destination playlists, and copy or move them all at once. PlaylistPro handles the Spotify API limits automatically with intelligent chunking and retry logic.
Can I split a Spotify playlist by genre, BPM, or key?
Yes. PlaylistPro’s Split Playlist feature automatically groups tracks into separate playlists by artist genre, BPM range, musical or Camelot key, decade, artist, album, liked status, or any audio feature such as energy, danceability, and valence. It uses Spotify’s audio analysis, so you can split a playlist by mood or tempo in a few clicks.
Can I export my playlist data from Spotify?
Yes. In Playlist Lab you can export your full playlist as a spreadsheet with all visible track data: track name, artist, album, BPM, key, energy, danceability, valence, genre, and every other column you have enabled. Perfect for offline analysis or sharing track lists.
Can I sort my Spotify playlist for DJ mixing?
Yes. Playlist Lab shows Camelot key notation alongside musical key, so you can sort by Camelot key for harmonic mixing. Combine with BPM sorting to prepare seamless DJ sets. Save the sorted order directly to your Spotify playlist.
What are Spotify listening insights?
Listening insights show your personal Spotify stats like your own Wrapped, available anytime. See your most played tracks to rewind and rediscover favorites, check Recently Played to find that track you just heard, and view your top artists with their biggest hits and genre breakdowns. PlaylistPro presents these as interactive lists you can analyze in Playlist Lab, sort by audio features, or transfer to other playlists.
Can I split my Liked Songs playlist?
Yes. Split Playlist works on any playlist you can open, including Liked Songs and your virtual playlists (Recently Played, Top Tracks). Because the split always creates new playlists and never writes to the source, it is safe to split read-only collections like Liked Songs into genre, BPM, or key-based playlists.
What are virtual playlists?
Virtual playlists like Recently Played and Top Tracks appear alongside your regular playlists. You can analyze them in Playlist Lab, copy or move tracks from them, and use them in Bulk Transfer, just like any other playlist.
What audio features can I use to organize my playlists?
PlaylistPro provides BPM (tempo), musical key, Camelot key for DJ mixing, energy, danceability, valence (mood), acousticness, instrumentalness, liveness, speechiness, loudness, popularity, and artist genre. Sort by any of these in Playlist Lab, or export your full playlist as a spreadsheet with all visible track data.
Will this modify my original Spotify playlists?
Only if you choose to. The automatic Split Playlist feature always creates new playlists and never touches your original. For transfers you can copy tracks (keeping the original intact) or move them (removing them from the source), and in Playlist Lab you can save to the existing playlist or save as a new one.
Can PlaylistPro handle large playlists with thousands of tracks?
Yes. PlaylistPro handles playlists with 10,000+ tracks. Bulk operations use intelligent chunking, automatic retry logic, and Spotify API rate limit management to ensure reliable transfers even for very large collections.
